If you try to put two apps in Split View, and the total of their minimum widths would be greater than the width of the screen, OS X will decline to tile the second app. (That's counter-intuitive to me I'd expect them both to return to normal window mode.)

That makes the app you escaped return to normal window mode, but the other app go full screen. You can exit it by hitting the green button again or escape on the keyboard. You can also easily switch sides by dragging an app's toolbar from left to right or vice versa. An app can't be narrower than it's pre-set minimum width nor wider than the minimum width of the app tiled beside it will allow. It would be convenient, and save a lot of back-and-forths, if you could also click and hold on the green button from full screen to go to Split View, but that hasn't been enabled (at least not yet).īy default, Split View takes half the width of the screen but you can drag the border to make it wider or narrower. It's really doing my head in as I DJ out weekly and can't use the mixer during my sets.Find my Cursor isn't strictly windows management but it is new to OS X El Capitan and is something you'll encounter immediately when trying to manage your windows. I've watched the youtube video that explains how to set up Traktor 2.6 - I have Traktor 2.11 - still can't get it to work. Also I have made sure the back of the mixer has all the switches set right.Īny help is massively appreciated. I've gone through set up wizard and identified the mixer, changed all the settings for mixer in audio and in device set up (selecting the denon in device, in-port and out-port) then have imported what I believe to be the correct.

I have tried everything - reading forums, watching videos, trying different ways to set up in preferences and it's starting to drive me mad.ĭoes anyone know where I can re-download the mapping file in case I have the wrong one? Is there a known issue with El Capitan.should I download Sierra? Or is that worse? So it makes me think there is something wrong with my. Traktor works fine in internal mode using the internal mixer and I've had the mixer work fine using Traktor through a different laptop (someone elses with the mapping set up). I have tried everything to map Traktor with my MC6000 MK1 controller and just can't get the mixer to work other than the play button on the controller.
